Consultation

Consultation

In almost all situations Sounds Good offer both free consultations in your home and in our experience centre in Oakville Ontario.  The professionals at Sounds Good are skilled in the areas of construction, building codes, electrical codes, acoustics, security, systems integration and automation and interior design.  To meet all of our customer’s needs we love to brainstorm multiple ideas and options for every unique system so that our customers can have a choice about where their budget will be best utilized.  With so much experience, with so many products the professionals at Sounds Good can maximize the value of every budget.

Installation

Once a system design is finalized, Sounds Good will begin ordering all of the equipment to construct your unique system. This process typically takes between 4-30 days depending on the uniqueness of the system (some speakers and screens are custom built just for you!)  Installation is very quick and very painless; we have even had customer’s comment that they forgot we were even in the house!  The install process usually takes between 1-4 days, at the end on which your lead technician will go over your entire system with you and make sure you understand everything and are 100% satisfied. 
One unique aspect about working with Sounds Good is that you will receive the lead technicians cell phone number.  This way if you ever have questions about your system you can call or text directly to the one person who knows the most about your system.

Service

Every Sounds Good installation includes one complimentary follow up visit.  On this visit you can ask for adjustments to your remote control, speakers or television/projector.  You can ask all the questions you want so that you become the expert on your system!  As mentioned earlier, you will have your lead technicians personal cell phone number if you ever have questions or concerns about your system.  If anything should ever fail in your system (they are electronics after all so we do have some product failures) Sounds Good will make it their top priority to get to your home as soon as possible to address the issue and take your equipment for repair if necessary (charges may apply for equipment not in warranty).  If the failed piece of equipment is primary to the systems functionality Sounds Good will provide a solution or loaner equipment so that there is minimal interruption to your home entertainment or control.
